DeArmond 610 Volume/Tone Pedal - BC1587
The DeArmond 610 is something of a legendary vintage guitar effect pedal and dates from a time when there were (almost) no guitar pedals! Imagine that!
This one, serial number BC1587, has been gone through by our techs and is in excellent working order.
The effect falls somewhere between a guitar tone control and a wah pedal (the design predates wahs by a good 6-7 years) and is surprisingly effective and distinctive.
Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones used DeArmond 610s in recording studio session work in the 1960s - and into their time with Led Zeppelin. Hank Marvin used one with The Shadows from circa 1965 to the early 70s and David Gilmour used one with Pink Floyd (before his Fuzz Face).
