Return Process

  Carefully repackage your item in its original shipping materials, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked and insured courier to our warehouse address provided in your authorization email.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
