Pearl Syncussion SY-1 (twin out/cv in)
Pearl Syncussion SY-1 is for sale serviced and in perfect working order, featuring extra modifications for greatly-improved versatility.
Serviced and modified with:
- Separate outputs for channels one and two on a TRS (stereo) jack
- 2 x CV minijack socket inputs - switchable for separate or stacked dual channel use; allows you to "play" the Syncussion via a CV in (please note the scaling is by no means perfect)
The condition is very good - signs of age and scuffs/scratches to the wooden case, but metal face plate is in excellent condition. The mod involved cutting an extra section out of the rear of the wooden case to accommodate the extra sockets. The power switch is a replacement and is slightly smaller than the original switches, but a close match.

These are stunning and powerful drum synths: trigger via a drum pad, drum machine or output from your DAW. Check the Youtube demo below of the last one we sold. We love these and have two in the studio which we trigger from our 808. The low end on a Syncussion leaves the 808 seeming a tad weedy…
It uses a 12v DC 300ma, centre negative unit power supply.
There are currently no known operational faults with this unit - some crackle may be possible when the unit has not been used for some time - this should clear with use.
