Oberheim 4 Voice FVS-1 Custom for sale in excellent condition and full working order on behalf of the owner.

This is a stunning and well-specified example with thoughtful and practical modifications that elevate this classic polyphonic analogue SEM synth to even greater heights.

Fully serviced and maintained on behalf of the owner, included new key bushings.

Comes with professional custom built flight case in excellent condition

Features include:

2 x Oberheim MS-1 sequencers (In place of the unreliable and limited use programmer )
MIDI control
Blue LED mod
CV modulation of each SEM's VCO

The sequencers provide a total of 4 x 16 step sequences (one sequence per voice)
They can be independently assigned as required eg one voice can be allocated for a sequence whilst the other three are available to play on the keyboard, or any other combination .

MIDI support is enabled via a YARNS eurorack module installed internally (also used to voltage quantize the sequencers so that they provide chromatic notes , as the original MS-1 sequencer does not quantize the pitch voltages)

4x toggle switches on the rear assign voices to keyboard control or MIDI control

VCO on each SEM can be CV modulated (when switch is set to ‘EXT’ ) via a 1/4” jack input on rear panel
(VCF modulation also possible through another 1/4” jack socket )

Supplied to the current owner fully serviced/modded by Rosen Sound in 2018 - their demo is below.
