Musitronics Mu-Tron Phasor II - Boxed

Superb optical phaser from the legendary Musitronics Corporation - effectively this is half a Bi-Phase: the sound and build quality is superb.

In excellent working order. In very good condition for its age - it inevitably has a few bumps, dings and scratches to the case but nothing major - it presents well. Comes with the original Mu-Tron box. See photos for details.

Functionally it's top-notch - these were built to withstand everything seventies musicians could throw at it - with a solid aluminium and steel case, this vintage Made In USA pedal weighs in at over 1.5kg.

The sound is everything you could wish for in a top quality phaser - from thick and syrupy to shimmery and delicate - it flatters and enhances whatever you feed through it. Sounds lovely on guitars and synths, glorious on electric pianos and string synths: great playing live and quiet enough to be a serious studio tool.

It is a 110v model.

A step-down transformer is required in the UK/EU.

We do not recommend using cheap generic Chinese mains transformers and can supply a high quality UK-made unit if required.
