Maestro Rhythm 'N Sound G-2

Maestro Rhythm 'N Sound G-2

Fully serviced and ready to ship, this is an amazing vintage unit - basically a guitar synth/fuzz/octave effect unit that also works with other instruments.

Capable of some amazing effects, beats, textures and wild out-there sounds - works brilliantly with guitar, bass, synth and all sorts of sources. Whilst it tracks well and is extremely versatile - please bear in mind that this is vintage analogue technology so is not as perfect as modern octave/synth pedals…

The fuzz and wah/repeater functions are particularly good - gets filthy and funky very quickly. We love this machine!

Condition is good for its age. The face has some oxidation, there's a small dent near the output socket and the "bongo" button sticks up slightly - nothing that affects the functioning of the unit though. Click on the photos to zoom in and see more shots.

For sales in UK/EU the price will include VAT. VAT-free sales are possible to businesses and individuals in the EU (outside the UK) with a valid VAT Number - please get in touch if you wish to buy this way.

Here’s a recording of the original Maestro Rhythm & Sound demo cassette tape courtesy of EffectsDatabase.

YouTube demos below (thanks to the up-loaders):

  • It is a 110v model.
  • A step-down transformer is required in the UK/EU.
  • We do not recommend using cheap generic Chinese mains transformers and can supply a high quality UK-made unit if required.
