Eventide Harmonizer Model H910

Eventide Harmonizer Model H910

We're totally hooked on these Eventide Klock Works boxes - both this one and the H949. In fact we may well also have a H949 Harmonizer available currently - if that one is showing as sold then check the stock sheet, or get in touch to reserve the next one available.

Combining pitch change with delay and feedback, when it was released in the mid-70s it was the first commercially available digital effect. Zappa, Bowie, AC/DC and a slew of other artists made use of it. The game-changing quality of what Eventide did is evident from the fact that the sound still in demand enough for Universal Audio to develop a plug in. It's the Bowie/Visconti snare sound - for me that's enough right there...

If you want a good, concise run-down of what it does then the H910 page on Eventide's site is a good place to start.

Fully serviced and set up - this takes some time as even when they are not working as they should they can produce some wild effects (including some ear-shredding feedback!).

One thing to note about this unit is that the buttons in the "Pitch Control Select" section have been replaced. This means that they no longer release when another in the same section is pressed. This doesn't affect the functioning of the machine (you just have to manually unclick one button when you want to select another) and it also allows you to get some extra, "non-standard" settings when you have more than one button depressed at once...

Also note that this current unit does not have tails attached but instead has some (removable) 1/4" jack sockets added to the exterior of the rear.

Condition is excellent for one of these machines - only minor signs of age and rack rash, some discoloured buttons.

For sales in UK/EU the price will include VAT. VAT-free sales are possible to businesses and individuals in the EU (outside the UK) with a valid VAT Number - please get in touch if you wish to buy this way.

Can be set up for whatever voltage you are on - let us know before shipping.
